I have received a £100 parking charge (reduced to £60 if I pay now) for breaching the parking terms. I was out with my little girl and we got held due to a toilet issue, so I was 20 mins late back to the car. I'm not disputing the breach, but wondering if it's enforceable or if it is advisable to contact the company (CarFlow) to see if they might reverse or reduce the charge?
