  • Title Deed Split _ Auction Property

    Hi

I am looking for solicitor who specialize in Conveyancing and especially in splitting title deed in to 2 parts ( Property and Land )

I am looking a property at Auction, which is a corner building and having two roads with land .

If i win the bid in auction, can i split the building and land as two entities and sell the land with planning permission ( or with out planning permission ) and building separately.

I haven't done this kind of buy before and thinking of it ?

What are the pros and cons in this, any help appreciated to find the right conveyancing team or initial advice.

    Regards

    KV

You buy the property as one entity then split it, with a sale off.

We obviously cannot comment on the property itself.

Only if you can persuade the seller to do all that work of dividing it into 2 parts to sell to you - and why should she?
