Is there a free way of finding out who owns an area of roof on a row of 3 terraced houses please. Next doors own chimney sits on the ridge of my roof so from the start of there chimney across to there valley, do they own that area. My chimney is to the right of my end of terrace.
grade 2 listed building and need to know how to find out for sure
