  • Car not fit for purpose from a dealership

Hi im really needing some help this as been on going for 3 years but been fighting with this 2weeks in I purchased a car and within the first few weeks it went back to the dealer with a bit of ouffing and puffing even though it had 6months warranty..apparently he fixed the problem even though the car sounded like a bus from there on my head gastric had blew water pump leaking something like the actual hoses where glued...I've spent over 4 thousand pounds on a car that was paid through finance and still paying but no one will help...the finance company toom me to court because I was behind on repayments after I explained my situation with the car and the dealer would not help with repair even though I had 6months warranty I had to pay for the work to be done myself...fast forward I find the car was recalled from 2015 even though I got the car in 2019 for a faulty temperature sensor and I was never told..this all leads to the repairs to the engine...bare in mind the judge went in my favour after I explained the situation so the finance company did not retrieve the car back... I'm really needing help.many thanks leah
