      It will depend on the wording of the agreement. If you won't lose anything if unsuccessful why do you want to pull out ?
      A solicitor may have spent significant time preparing a case and deserves paying.

        I agree that you must read the agreement. You should check whether there is any chance that you may become liable to pay something to your solicitors.
