APCOA parking charge notice Luton Airport

I've received a parking charge notice from APCOA for an alleged parking offence "opposite the Mid Term Car Park at London Luton Airport"
They've included pictures of my car - but I'd pulled in to a bus stop to check my besrings as I was going to pick someone up from the airport and I'm not used to the road layout.
I wasn't ever in this car park - only on the approach road to the airport - how should I go about connecting this

Doesn't the picture show you stopped where you said you where?

They may have a No Stopping or you are fined rule like they have at my local airport
