I have a storage unit of which i have missed a couple of payments on, and i was wondering where i stand on this. The owner has blocked me from getting any access to the unit by parking a car in front of the unit. Also we do not have any form of written contract i've never signed anything it was only a verbal contract. If anyone can me please let me know thank you.

Make a decision. Either you want it and can, and will, pay for it, or you do not. What do you have stored there?

The owner needs to be paid. Dslippy is right - you have a decision to make. If you cannot afford the payments ask the owner if he will reduce or let you off them if you clear the unit by (say) next Friday.

A verbal contract can still be a contract. The non-signature argument does not stand. You agreed to pay to rent the unit, paid (which shows the arrangement) then have now chosen not to. You have broken the contract. The owner has a right to take action. Either pay or contact them and offer to be out very quickly - they need it empty for someone who will pay.

IslandGirl puts it well. I would have been rather more direct.
