    Hiya

I'm not sure what you mean by them placing a bill against your home. Did they obtain a county court judgment against you without your knowledge?

Do you have a breakdown of the £7500 bill? If any of the bill is for 'breach of contract' or cancellation invoices then you may have grounds to challenge it. Last year the FCA prohibited Bank Smart from pursuing any invoices for 'breach of contract' or cancellation invoices and although this was only effective from 30/11/2021 and for outstanding invoices of that nature, it could be that they are prevented from, for example, obtaining a charging order against your home.

I'd need to speak to the FCA directly to clarify but in order to do so it would be helpful to provide a bullet-pointed summary of how you got to where you are.

So it's owned by Global Arrow now and they have a charging order on the property?

I'd need to know the breakdown of the 'debt' before advising further.
