Grrrrr NatWest - won't accept hardship criteria

Hi there,

Just joined in the hope of getting some advice on how to deal with the "lovely" people at NatWest!! I'll post further details in the hardship case forum but thought I'd pop here briefly to say hello before I start my ranting!

This certainly looks like a good place to get info...theres almost too much! I've posted (or should that be ranted?!) in the hardship claims forum - now to sift through all this info!

Hi there Nattie,

Sorry to read you were found out - how nice to know that there are (ex) bank workers out there who have things like heart and soul! Would appreciate any help, looks like I've come to the right place for it - I have been pleasantly surprised by the quick responses I've received so far
