X 2 McDonald’s £100 parking fines

Hello, my partner has received two £100 parking fines from McDonald’s car park in Waterlooville, Portsmouth on consecutive days. He has often gone in there, eaten and used the space to catch up with some work. He was under the impression that there was no problem with this as the workers are very familiar with him doing this and as it is late in the evening he goes he has not seen any signs to inform his of a time limit. Could we please ask for any help in order to appeal these fines?

If he is known at the McDonalds return and ask the manager to have the charges (not fines) cancelled.

Whilst there get a photo of the signs, a note of their positions and if viewable on entering the site, and if illuminated at night.
