I recently received VTE (Valuation Tribunal for England) decision on my case for lowering the Council Tax band. I know I can appeal this decision on the point of law.
On domestic cases, such as mine, you have to go to The Administrative Court. But, there is no clear procedure after this point on which forms need to be filled in, what fees are to be paid, nothing. I believe that all falls in a bigger category of their services, but I struggle to figure it out.
For non-domestic cases, Upper Tribunal has a very clear process.
Could anyone shed a bit of light for me so that I can file my claim (within 28 days)?
Thank you
