    Lowells/overdales

    Iam looking for some advice please ill try keep it short as possible. So I have a charging order and ccj on my property with lowells. As they purchased the debt I owed to shop direct. I've entered an iva 6 months ago but this debt couldn't be included cause of the charging order. So with all the requests sent to lowells. 3 letter/SAR request/vulnerable letter/docters reports. There still not upholding my complaint. I've also sent irresponsible lending letter to shop direct. Which they didn't uphold either. Now shop direct complaint is with fos. In regards to the ccj I've got a Court date on the 17th Nov to set aside the ccj. Today lowells have transferred my account to overdales. Why is this. Any help would be fantastic.
