Hi, back in 2019 i became ill and was unable to work, I was diagnosed with a disability in November 2021. The company i work for have kept my job but they have made very little effort to keep in touch with me. I have had two occupational health meetings back in 2020 and nothing since. I approached them asking if there was any other jobs in the company i could do and was told there was nothing. There have been no welfare meetings, since my absence they have made considerable changes to the company but have never kept me updated with any changes, I haven't received any payslips since 2019 showing payments made for holiday pay. I recently approached the company offering them my resignation if they were to pay me off. they have refused to accept there is an issue and therefore only prepaired to offer me Holiday pay and one weeks wages. I'm sure they have discriminated me but not sure if i have a case for tribunal so any advice would be helpful.
Tribunal or not

When you say you were unable to work what does that mean i.e. were you signed off sick from the period 2019 to Nov 2021? Not all disabilities mean you are unable to work at least in some capacity, have you asked your employer about reasonable adjustments other than to see if there were any other jobs in the company and when did you do this?
Who suggested the occupational health meetings and what was the outcome?
Was there any suggestion about any reasonable adjustments to assist in a return to work?
How much have you communicated with your company over the last 3 years even given their lack of apparent communication with you?If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com
I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I suffer with extreme chronic fatigue, every day is different but in general i can get up in the morning and within an hour i'm burnt out and sleeping again, anything from 1-6 hrs, when i wake it feels like i have been hit by a bus, I have severe pain in my muscles/joints.
I am still signed off sick so August 2019 to present. I have spoken to the company regarding reasonable adjustments and they have told me there is nothing they are able to do, they asked me to see occupational health and on both occasions they have told the company there isn't much they can do and my illness is classed as a disability.
At the start I was calling them every month keeping them informed about tests and Hospital appointments, It then changed to me sending them Emails but they have never replied.
