  • Parking charge notice

Hi there i am wondering if i can get some support.

The letter received stated that the registered keeper of the vehicle at the time has received parking charge for parking in a supermarket car park for more than 90mins, the time of entry is incorrect as the driver has receipt from the store and also a witness to confirm what time they left the house. Also the driver of the vehicle due to medical condition the driver stayed a little bit after paying in the vehicle until they were well enough to drive this means that they were still within the 90min period. Further more the entry picture is pitch black just headlights with no number plate but the exist picture the number plate is captured.

The driver of the vehicle has spoken to the store but they stated the driver had not spent that much although they are regular customer at the store, they said they will try to speak to the company but no response yet.

any advise would be appreciated, thank you
