  • Counterclaim paperwork

    My counterclaim is to heard in a paper court hearing next week. What can I claim for? EG. Can I claim for my time, my accountant’s time, postage etc? Is there a list of allowable expenses. Thank you.

      Thank you Atticus. Yes it is in Small Claims Court. Could I ask, is there a limit on my accountant’s fee and is there a limit as to my costs for work incurred ?

          I am struggling to make sense of it. I did see a bullet point dos and don’t set out in layman’s terms but I can’t find it now.
