  • eCollect AG fake dating site debt

Hello, I am a citizen of Romania, on the 4th of september made a huge mistake while working abroad in the netherlands. Me and the guys I lived with had a good time on our day off, we had a couple of beers and shots, got drunk and wanted to have more fun. So we decided to try out a dating site (findedates.com) ran by Howlogic KFT, being drunk nothing seemed wrong, i made an account, I was offered to get a 3 day trial of premium for a small fee, I paid it and they made a “subscription” (direct debit) to some bank NovalnetAG. They kept taking my money for a few 2/3 weeks, I went through hell to finally be able to contact them. I managed to stop this and no further charges were made to this site. On the 12th of october I received an email from eCollect AG saying I have to pay a debt for a second site I never even accessed (flirtzijde.com). I contacted flirtzijde and they sent me an email saying that they had a “2 for 1” offer while I was paying for the first site’s (findedates) 3 day premium trial and that I agreed to make a second one on flirtzijde.com. I tried contacting eCollect too but i got no answer and a week has passed since I contacted them. I also tried contacting novalnet Ag asking to send me information to the 2 specific transactions with these sites but I have received an e-mail with informatiin about only one of the transactions. Should I pay this debt? Is what their doing legal(with their 2 for 1 subscription?) I need help, i cant take this high level of stress much longer.
