Looking for advice on Nolan's solicitors. Been paying them for a few years now. It's a debt from 15 years ago. They sent a letter saying the set up standing order that's in place is now defaulted. But still continue to take the money. I got another letter now stating court action. Any advice ?

If you have a debt then dont try and avoid it as it wiill only cost you more. Have a chat with the solicitors and agree how to move forward. Solicitors do not usually threaten action unless they are being ignored, so do the right thing and speak with them.
