CP+ fine

Hi,

My car was parked in a CP plus owned carpark and exceeded the 3hour maximum stay. Are there still many success stories quoting the Protection of Freedoms Act &/or Code of Practice in response to their letters? Usually ostell offered advice that worked.

I guess what I'm asking is, have they upped their game since 2019/20 and is there less of a success rate with appeals?

Has anyone got a recent letter from them? I can only see success stories from 2019 and before.
