I am in dispute with a solar company who fitted panels on my roof. They do not confirm to building standards, They are ignoring any requests for help. I have given them 14 days to reply to a letter I sent with regard to breach of contract and further 14 days to remove the panels. Can I commission someone to complete the work?

They do not conform to building regulations as they have covered a stack. They have just cut it and put some roof felt on it. I am unable to remove it. The stack is an important part of the plumbing for you waste water and toilet. If they become closed your waste water system will fail. The lease is owned by different company. They used contractors from the same group of companies which I understand to be no longer trading. I have spoken to the trade body and they have said the tenant is not a member of the body. The trade body was Napit. I am looking to sue for breach of contract. Any help would be appreciated
