    Got invoice for £577.but not know what it for.I have emailed them for an itemised invoice but have only got a invoice for £770. Since then they said it was for ppi . Called my bank they told me that there was nothing on the claim .this was in 2019.but only got invoice 2weeks ago

    Hiya

    You've done the right thing asking for an itemised invoice but they are notorious for not providing them.

    If it's for either cancellation of a claim or 'breach of contract' the regulator has prohibited them from pursuing such invoices - see here Bank Smart IMPORTANT UPDATE - LegalBeagles Forum

    It would be helpful to see to see the invoice(s) and any emails from them before we could advise. You can either post them up or send them to me at nick@legalbeaglesgroup.com

        Ok. When you say the bank said there was nothing on the claim, do you mean they rejected the claim?

          Yes the claim was rejected .since then I have used and sent banksmart a email using some of text from FCA.the invoice as now been cleared of any cost owing.your article on banksmart.which you said to read.was invaluable.thank you so much for your help

              Both me and my wife was pleased when we received an email saying that they had cancelled the invoice.we hope that’s the last we here from them.fingers crossed.thank you.legalbeagles.keep up all your good work.invaluable ☘️
