County court claim

DCB Legal have been chasing me for a parking fine which I have explained to the original park firm was a mistake. Several years later I’m still getting chasers. Was advised to ignore, which I did. I now have received a claim form from the local courts asking for Judy under £300. This letter is legitimate but I still don’t believe I’m at fault. There’s no number to call to discuss. Should I go to citizens advice?

You do not "discuss". You defend the case.
