  • Form 208. Application to retore a company to the Registrar

What is the procedure? I have my Claim form and witness statement. Do I sent it to the Court or Treasury solicitor first?

Isn't it the Treasury Solicitor who applies on your behalf? I may easily be wrong.

dslippy No, The applicant brings a claim against the Registrar of Companies. He issues the claim at court, and then serves it on the Treasury Solicitor and registrar of Companies.

The process has recently been discussed in this thread, with links to guidance: https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...recover-assets
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
