  • My solicitors have gave my court info to a stranger over the phone!?

So I've been a affray and abh charge since 2019 and a indecent exposure charge right after covid finished for urinating in the street over intoxicated due to not drinking so long after lockdown

someone (female) has been harassing me. Constantly trying to find my where abouts. Constantly harassing me on withheld numbers, threatening my children with pictures of knifes they have smashed my kids windows on there house and also my mothers trying to find my where abouts.

bare in mind I dont even know my court date.. she managed to get hold of my solicitors. Dont know how she has managed to persuade them but shes been given my court date. And been told what I'm in court for. Now shes out in public telling everyone im getting done for indecent exposure and saying shes going to get me beat up on my way to court so I dont make it etc continue to harras me

I have told the police about the windows and harrassment. And that's pending investigation.

just want to know if this is allowed and what can be done about this

What makes you think that your solicitors have told her anything? Have they admitted they did?

Your court date and charge is public information - in principle available to anyone who asks without reason or reward.

That is not to say that your solicitor should give it out, but you do not quite say how you know it was them.
