  • Trouble with claiming what’s been left to me.

I recently obtained a will which states I have been left money and possessions. How would i go about claiming what’s been left to from the executor of the will.

Make sure that the executor knows of your claim and where and how to contact you.

How far has the probate got?

I am concerned that the items and money stated that are on the will are no longer there. I’m currently 22 and the possessions and money are stated to be given to me when I’m 25, however my brother and sister who are older than 25 have not received there share of the will.

        Again:
How far has the probate got?

A will can, for example, leave a car to a beneficiary, but then the testator disposes of it before his death. Nothing goes under the will.
We really do need more detail.
