  • Vehicle advertising

    Hi,

Can anyone advise on vehicle advertising, and whether it is legal to include the name of an 'implied' company name and or website on the side of a vehicle that doesn't actually exist.

    Many thanks

It is not illegal - though unwisely done all manner of laws might be broken.

What about advertising to have been in business since 1940 which again is false.

Who would I report this to?
