I am trying to find out more information about my loan with this group.
i believe I was miss sold the loan and now find they want £20,000 in interest .
is there anyone or any group who have had dealings with elder ridge in particular who can help me . I have put in a complaint but it has been rejected.
i have all my original paperwork and nowhere on this does it indicate that the interest is calculated on a daily rate or the final amount due.
in the 15 years I have had the loan I have never been sent any information or updated on my payments
any advice or help gratefully received.

Show the agreement to a solicitor, or Citizens Advice and they should be able to help. The name of 'elder ridge' does not seem to be the full name ?

I suspect the OP is referring to "elderbridge", a company well known to this site (just enter their name in the search bar!)
