I have evidently breached a court order set in April this year by posting information to my website? Whilst I stayed proceedings in May to set aside and strike out the application I am being informed that the court order was still active in May when I posted information to the internet. Is this correct? The case was finally won by the claimant after that.

Yes Sir I have done so and closed down the Facebook site as I suspect cyber stalking from the claimant. My order was for harassment and injunctive relief not to contact the claimants, etc. I posted fair comment and under Article 10 have a right to do so about a web site that evidently featured said claimant? I was informed I had breeched the order by posting comment about said website but there was no reference specifically to said claimant in my post just an advocation of said website. The claimants solicitors are claiming I have breached the court order?Comment

We cannot know without seeing the court orders.
As Atti says, continue your life as if the other party did not exist. Ignore them entirely.Comment
