    NCP Parking Ticket - BW Legal

    Hello, I got a parking ticket for an NCP car park which has now been sent to BW Legal and the cost increased to £170. They are threatening that if I don't respond by 6th October 2022 then i will be sent a formal 'Letter of Claim' which may proceed to a CCJ being issued if the balance remains unpaid. Is this likely to happen? Or is this just a threat? Would the cost of them applying a CCJ against me outway the amount I owe?
