Now i have done some research before posting on here so not totally clueless i just need someone to confirm what i need to do. So as i understand i need to send a prove it letter who do i send this to?

    Claimant is lovell

Address for sending documents overdale solicitors

    Or county court business centre?

Also I'm aware i have to respond within 14 days to the claim what is my response at this stage.

JT - you sendyour acknowledgement of service to the court office.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

Many thanks for your response. I have done this I guess now I send a prove it letter to the debt collectors with a £1 postal order? Is it worth sending the same letter to the solicitors and lovell? From my understanding they are part of the same company anyway. I guess it wouldn't hurt to send to both offices

CPR 31.14 Request asking for items listed only on claim form - send to solicitors get proof posting keep copies.

do not send letters as not useful ask on here for the correct forms as to procedure, look around site and court process you will get an idea how things work okay!
