  • Adding information to a Summons

    A family member has a CCJ existing. She is after years of paying the Court order has noticed many irregular points with the case. And so she has appealed the case, after seeing advice by the BEAGLES on other members' problems, can she once the case is set for a hearing inform by writing and update the Court of the information she now has, that has come to light?

    She should start writing her detailed statement now, and exhibit to it all relevant documents.

    From what you say, I think she may be massively out of time to appeal.
