  • Belonging's left at old property

    Hi I left some belonging's at an old property, due to being illegally evicted can I claim, for compensation or is there any way to get my belonging's back this was 4 year's ago?

    Tenancy agreements often make provision.

    Separate the two claims. illegal eviction, and for your belongings.

      Make sure you retain any shred of evidence in either matter that you wish to rely upon !!

          Do you know whether your former landlord still has your belongings?

            He wont respond to my letter's I have contacted him on numerous occassions is there anyway that I can get hold of my tenancy agreement if he is not willing to give me it?
