  • Can I live in a caravan on my daughters property?

With the cost of living crisis I am struggling to keep up with the bills and mortgage for my own property. I thought I would buy a caravan and rent my property out for a year or two. My daughter has enough space in the front of her home to fit a caravan. I plan to change my address to her address.

Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
