  • road rage and advice

    Hello,
Today I had suffered some road rage and it became physical. I am concerned about my next move. I would like to approach the police but I am concerned as I do not know the proper way to describe the situation. I heard the police can be tricky to deal with as they may paint me in a bad light. I was thinking about getting a legal person to help but not sure how to approach the issue.
What type of legal person is best to get help with road rage that become physical please?
    Thanks

generally - since do not know the situation - do nothing apart from to write down every detail. Even what seems quie obvious now may not be in two weeks time..
If you end up being interviewed or qystioned at a police station be sure to get a soolicitor, your own or the duty one.
