N244 Application and Consent Order Delay

Is anyone experiencing delay from the court? I have sent in my N244 Application since April 2022. I got a consent order which I sent to the court in May 2022. However, I have emailed the court and I haven't gotten any response from the court.

Any suggestion on what I can do next?

Have you called them to find out why there is a delay? Don't be surprised if they say it is with a judge waiting to be reviewed, in which case ask them to push it. If not, call every week asking for an update.

If you're not satisfied by the response ask to speak to the court manager as you would like to make a formal complaint because you would have expected your application to have at least been looked at after 4 months.

Thanks for your response. When I call the court, no one picks for hours. I have been sending emails weekly but they stop replying about a month ago.

At this point, I might just visit the court.
