AJJB letter

    AJJB letter

    I received a letter from AJJB law on 6th july at my address but wrong Christian name threatening potential legal action for a supposed debt of £156.74 to First Central Insurance Management Limited. I have never had any dealings with that company. I returned the letter to AJJB saying not person no known & no dealings with company. I also contacted First Central raising a complaint. I have had no reply from thiem. This morning I had another letter from AJJB Law which I returned unopened to sender, not known at this address. Should I be worried about further action? Should I contact either First Central or AJJB directly?

    Was the second letter correctly addressed to you?

      The second letter was addressed the same as the first to Mr Carl Andrews. There has never been anyone of that Christian name at this address although the surname is correct
