  • How does a creditor remove a property charge?

As part of our divorce settlement, the Court imposed a charge on my ex-wife's property with me as the creditor. The charge is no longer applicable or enforceable and I now need to remove it from my ex-wife's property. I know that I must somehow do this through the Land Registry, but I can't find out which form(s) I need to submit. Can anyone help please?

You probably need to use application form DS2 (https://www.gov.uk/government/public...gistration-ds2)
    but read this first (https://www.gov.uk/government/public...ges-of-charges)

It is one of the simplest forms and procedures out there. Follow the links well suggested.
