I'm looking for some advice regarding my grandmas will Her Will stayed that the money left in her bank account had to be shared between her grandchildren. My uncle is executer and he has spent the money. He got to keep my grandmas house as stated on the will what will happen now my cousins are asking for their share of the money/ moveable assets

They take him to court asking him to prepare an account for the court to examine.
That is the atomic response and just as risky. Do they have any evidence of the amounts standing in the accounts? It might be a big costs gamble.
