  • N180 correcting number of witnesses

I am the defendant in a small claims track and when I filled in the N180 I put "0" under witnesses after debating whether or not to ask a neighbour and deciding I didn't want to add to their trouble. But after sending off the claim to the court, I realised it also said to include yourself as a witness. I resent the form to the court with the correction, but is that sufficient to make sure I can speak at whatever hearing is called?

    Hi Rach

Best thing to do is ring the Court, check to make sure it's been amended, get confirmation in writing from the Court.
