Consent Order Signed - What Next?

    Thanks a lot for your support. I have sent the consent order to the court. I hope I am not to send any other document or form along with the consent order?

    I will follow up with the court to make sure they receive it on Tuesday.

      Why would they dismiss the claim? Normally set aside means you start over and defend the claim from scratch.
      Sorry hun, with dad passing away ive been a little preoccupied of late, plus the broken ankle hasnt helped.

      Any ways, that order is bang on the button, it does away with the judgment, then disposes of the claim, id be happy as a dog with two todgers with that if it were me, as it resolves everything.

        Excellent, thank you PT. Cant say Ive ever met a two todgered dog, but I'm sure it is very happy indeed!
        I've learned to expect confusion and opacity from the courts these days, so your confirmation is much appreciated. Hope you are doing ok, its certainly been a tough few weeks for you X
        "Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
