    Appeal against conviction

    Hi I would like some advice on appealing a sexual conviction , as I've read through the Archbold 2019 and 2021 and believe I may have grounds for an appeal.

    In which court were you convicted - mags or crown? Did you pleasd not guilty and were found guilty after trial?

      See what help you can get. Islandgirl is right - conviction under differet circumstances have different starting places.
