  • Dispute debt because of “fake” copy of agreement

I’ve asked Debt Collector under CCA for copy of agreement. They did not send ‘true copy’, which apparently is ok as long the information on it is right (forgot the proper name for ‘made up’ copy)
Well, most of information is incorrect.

    question:

Can I dispute this debt? Is there any special way of writing dispute letter? And if I do, what happens next?

Found the word. “Reconstructed copy of agreement”.

    1. Debt collector forced Creditor’s signature on it. Is it fraud?
    2. Total amount is wrong
    3. Borrower rate is wrong

    - amount of credit is correct
    - APR is correct
    - duration is correct

(I found my copy of agreement with original Creditor on my mail, so can compare them)

No, it’s not. I’ve got quite few different Debt Collectors to deal with.

Any thoughts on the topic? I could really use some help x
