Hi Everyone,

I have been having issues with Cabot Financial I have asked them to provide evidence regarding a despitued default, they continue to ignore my requests and say that they have looked into the matter and the default cannot be removed. Any advice on what I can do?

Send a SAR requesting all the information that they hold they have 31 days to respond, and keep the postage receipt safe as you may need it in future, as it happened to me they deny receiving the letter. Good luck.

If you believe you have a case, then lodge a formal complaint, follow their complaints procedure (it will be on their website). They have 8 weeks to investigate your complaint. They will give you a final response, if you aren't happy, lodge a complaint with the FOS.
