Hello,
I sold a motorcycle on Ebay.It was bought by someone without a viewing and no contact at all.The bike was collected and 2 days later Paypal were authorised to pay over the money.After another 15 days the buyer contacted to say that the bike was not in as good condition as he had hoped and wanted a refund.On checking,I found that the bike had meantime been worked on.He is now pestering my partner (her Paypal account) asking for our new address for return .The bike was sold due to the house move. As far as I`m concerned the deal is done and I don`t want the bike back.Where do I stand here?
