I started a court claim against an individual. They filed a defence and then the DQ’s were sent out to the pair of us. Following the timeline I sent my DQ back into court. Since then a general sanction order was put in place against the defendant, but this was nearly three weeks ago and I still haven’t been able to do anything online. Why is this? and how long does the process of a general sanction order being put in place take?

What are the exact words of the order, please.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

You still haven't answered Atticus' question.
A sanctions order will not simply state "General sanctions order was made on 26/05" and that's it. Every order made by the court will explain what the court has ordered, which in this case will be some kind of sanctions and you will have been sent a copy of that order in the post.
If you want any help you need answer our questions - produce the wording verbatim, don't paraphrase or exclude any of the wording because you don't think it's relevant as we will need to see the full order (minus your personal data). If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need.
