Letter of claim

Hi all received letter of claim from dcb legal .Parking was paid for but due to Wifi problems in area and not being able to pay by cash or card it took a long time to get wifi signal .Few weeks later received parking fine stating gone over the 10 minute grace period (which I didn’t realize there was a grace period) . Letter of claim is just one letter no forms attached to fill in any advice please .
