My sister is in receipt of Pension Credit. It is paid into her bank account. For a long time she has allowed her grandson and his girlfriend to use her bank account to pay in his Universal Credit and her child allowance.. Is she committing an offence by allowing this and.not telling the Dept. of Works and Pensions? She draws it out and gives it to them. They have no bank accounts. Are they committing an offence themselves?
