Hi Tonyr
I think the starting point needs to be their Terms and Conditions, that would answer the questions you ask.

The legal process is in sections 12 and 13 of the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1977/32/contentsLawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Thanks for that - so basically they have to give me some form of notice before they can take possession etc, which gives me time to do something about it if I can?Originally posted by atticus View PostThe legal process is in sections 12 and 13 of the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1977/32/contents
