Hi All,
Could someone please guide me on this one as to a template to respond to the attached Parking Charge Notice, I am not too good when it comes to this. PO 2204345_000008.pdf
Basically took my young son and elderly mother to Bowling and then cinema, I parked slightly over the bay to allow both to exit the car easily. I parked where i did to avoid unnecessary damage to my car as I have experienced damage on previous visits. The carpark is very large and there were hundreds of empty spaces. There is no charge (Tickets) to stay in the carpark for the leisure park. I have checked and there is signage however very small and unclear and definitely not where I parked my car. given the circumstances I feel the £100 charge is excessive and refuse to pay. I have now received a letter from Debt Recovery Post suggesting I have now to pay £170 or 'Risk' being taken to court and face a charge of £235. Times are hard as everyone is experiencing, please help.
I have also since found the attached Parking Cowboys template, do you think this should be my first step?
