  • Copy of loan agreement

    I had a loan from Barclays who passed it on to Elder ridge, how do I get a copy of the agreement and from who.regards and thanks in advance

      Hi there

      If the loan has been assigned to Elderbridge, then you will need to write to them and ask for a copy. It may be prudent to request further documents too, and you could use the Data Protection Act to obtain them, a DSAR or Data Subject Access Request could be used to get the agreement, statements and system notes etc ,
