You need to provide a lot more information, last payment?

Last communication? Is it pre 2007?

When you say Appeal, what do you mean?

Thanks, ECHAT. Family member. Application for a CC. the year was approx 2003, Requested the document that shows that the approval was met, all they are able to produce is the application form, reading the previous reports that would be not sufficient? The card was granted but fraud was involved hence they asked me.

They need to provide a signed copy of the original agreement, an application form is not an agreement.

Where this has been the case the debt has been written off as all that exists is an application form.

ECHAT. Have told just the lady, concerned. Well to say thanks is not enough, She says one day she owes you a big Beer. And from me, I was taught to be cautious. But. Thanks are not enough.
